Senior AI Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Workist is looking for a seasoned AI Solution Engineer to drive the onboarding and implementation of its AI SaaS platform for enterprise clients. The role involves leading end‑to‑end deployment projects, connecting clients’ ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite) via API and data integration, and ensuring the solution meets both functional and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying new use cases, customizing the AI product to fit customer workflows, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on market needs. The engineer will also mentor junior teammates and maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement. Candidates should bring at least four years of experience in solution engineering for complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software, strong Python programming skills, and fluency in German and English. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills are essential.
