Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist

Job Summary

SITS Group, a leading IT security and compliance organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Group Accountant & Consolidation Specialist to join a small team responsible for group accounting, monthly reporting, and IFRS consolidation. The role involves managing the monthly financial reporting cycle, preparing group financial statements, and overseeing internal control systems. Additionally, the specialist will handle treasury functions, liquidity and cash‑flow planning, and serve as the main liaison for the CFO, banks, auditors and tax advisors. Key responsibilities include developing and harmonizing financial processes, reviewing accounting policies, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Candidates should bring a strong background in consolidated accounting, IFRS, and preferably experience in a mid‑size enterprise environment. Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in German and English are essential. Knowledge of LucaNet is a plus.
