Senior Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Engineer

Job Summary

Crossroads Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Office/ Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments for a diverse client base. The role involves leading advanced Microsoft 365 services, integrating enterprise mobility solutions, and managing on‑premise and cloud directories, including group policy configuration. The engineer will also spearhead infrastructure improvements, support new application deployments, and provide strategic guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of IT support experience, with a minimum of one year managing advanced Office 365 solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, project management, and client communication is essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal IT staff and vendors, leading on‑call rotations, and delivering training and documentation to end users. The position requires excellent decision‑making, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
