A boutique performance‑marketing agency based in Kiel is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to design, execute and optimise paid social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. The role involves managing a multi‑figure monthly budget, developing creative concepts, briefing brand and design teams, and providing data‑driven recommendations to grow revenue for a select portfolio of e‑commerce and lead‑generation clients. Candidates will have a proven track record of handling high‑volume ad spend, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home or the agency’s office. Key responsibilities include strategy development, campaign management, performance monitoring, budget control, client reporting and staying current with platform updates.
