Senior Partner - AI-Enabled Law Practice

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner to join our legal services and legal technology team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will bring a robust client book worth at least €1 million and will continue to serve those clients while guiding them through the transition to AI‑enabled legal workflows. Responsibilities include growing the practice, building market relationships with private equity, venture capital, and mid‑market businesses, identifying commercial and compliance opportunities, and collaborating with the founding team to automate recurring legal matters using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other legal AI software.
