Job Summary

A German legal technology firm is looking for a Senior Partner to expand its AI-enabled legal services practice. The role demands an extensive client portfolio and experience in transition of recurring legal matters to automated workflows. The partner will shape the firm’s growth, build market credibility with private equity, venture capital, and mid-market clients, and identify cross‑selling opportunities across commercial and compliance services. Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar legal AI platforms is essential. The position requires a German‑qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) with a book of business worth at least €1 million and the ability to onboard clients on a seamless basis.
