Senior People Operations Manager

Job Summary

Enablement is looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Manager to lead and streamline all core HR processes across its expanding European operations. The role involves full ownership of onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave, payroll, immigration, and employee data integrity, as well as the design and implementation of automated, AI‑supported workflows linking HRIS and collaboration tools. The successful candidate will coordinate payroll across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and soon Luxembourg, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS. They will also develop self‑serve resources to reduce routine employee queries and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and data reliability. With a strong background in international HR environments, the role demands a passion for automation, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration, coupled with excellent communication and advisory skills to support employees, managers, and senior leadership alike.
