Senior Programme Associate

Job Summary

Hypersonica, a European defence technology company, is looking for a Senior Programme Associate to support the delivery of advanced hypersonic programmes. The role involves translating customer and contractual requirements into clear plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and managing schedules, risks and actions to keep projects on track. The associate will prepare concise programme materials, conduct structured analysis for commercial and strategic decisions, and support proposals, change control and customer reporting. The ideal candidate has 2‑3 years of experience in management consulting, defence technology, aerospace or a high‑pace tech start‑up. They should be comfortable moving between analysis and execution, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in German and English. A background in strategy, operations, engineering or related disciplines is desirable, but a finance background is not required.
