Job Summary

PAJ, a leading GPS‑tracking solutions provider, seeks an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to craft and execute a unified social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role involves developing a clear vision, curating a consistent brand voice, planning editorial calendars, producing or overseeing content, and analysing performance metrics to refine tactics. Candidates will manage paid and organic campaigns, collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams, and coordinate influencer partnerships. Regular reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI will be required. The position is fully remote, demanding self‑discipline, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution. Ideal applicants have 2–3 years of social media experience—preferably in e‑commerce or product‑centric settings—proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Canva, CapCut, and a keen eye for emerging trends. Fluency in German (native) and English (B2‑C1) is mandatory for internal communication.
