Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Staffbase is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive complex, high‑value deals across Europe. The role focuses on validating integration and customization needs, designing scalable architectures, and building proofs of concept that showcase the platform’s capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and the Build team to transition winning proposals into production solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements for widgets, plugins, APIs, SSO, and AI use cases; translating these into clear architecture documents; creating demo mock‑ups; and preparing hand‑over packages for the build team. The position also involves advising on RFPs, security questionnaires, and maintaining reusable assets and best practices. Candidates should have a strong technical background, 5‑8 years in a customer‑facing role such as solutions architecture or engineering, and proven success in supporting enterprise deals in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
