Job Summary

AssemblyAI is a Voice AI company building foundational speech models that power next-generation voice applications. The Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for the Research team and senior Engineering roles, including Researchers, Research Engineers, and ML Engineers. This position requires deep engagement with the AI/ML research community to build outbound pipelines, map talent at frontier labs, track publications and open-source contributors, and partner with research leaders to define hiring profiles and interview loops.
