Senior Trainer – Revenue Cycle Operations

Job Summary

Impact Advisors, a national healthcare management consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Trainer to lead training for its Revenue Cycle Managed Services teams. The role involves delivering instructor‑led and virtual sessions covering new‑hire onboarding, system, workflow, and refresher training, as well as targeted remediation. The trainer will create and maintain a range of instructional materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, learner handouts, exercises, and knowledge checks. Beyond facilitation, the position requires strong technical‑writing skills to produce detailed operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, job aids, process maps, and decision trees. The trainer collaborates closely with Operations, Quality, Content Management, and subject‑matter experts to ensure all training content and documentation align with approved workflows and client expectations. Performance assessments and continuous improvement of training effectiveness are key responsibilities.
