Senior UX Strategist & Researcher

Job Summary

HelloFresh is looking for a Senior UX Strategist & Researcher to own end‑to‑end research and strategy streams, turning ambiguous briefs into actionable insights and AI‑enhanced prototypes. The role involves shaping the customer and service ecosystem, collaborating with product, design, marketing, operations and business teams, and presenting findings and direction at executive level. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in UX research, UX strategy, or Service Design, alongside a strong mixed‑methods toolkit and fluency in AI tools to drive decision‑making and accelerate the design cycle.
