The role centres on fostering strong client relationships, managing project execution, and delivering value‑driven solutions across a range of business challenges. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, coordinating project activities, and leading consulting initiatives such as financial process optimization and user adoption strategies. The consultant will act as a subject‑matter expert on MultiView products, providing guidance, training, and best‑practice recommendations to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring solid communication and problem‑solving skills, a passion for client success, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal teams. The position involves balancing multiple concurrent engagements, maintaining rigorous project discipline, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and solution adoption. Candidates should have a proven track record in consulting or professional services, strong project management capabilities, and an aptitude for delivering training and knowledge transfer to client teams. Experience in system configuration, post‑go‑live support, and stakeholder engagement will be highly valued.
