Supplier Operations Associate

Job Summary

Sourcefit is looking for a detail‑oriented Supplier Operations Associate to manage the onboarding of new suppliers into its product catalog system. The role centers on reviewing and validating high‑quality catalog data, ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for the platform. The associate will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, guiding them through the onboarding process, answering queries, and following up on deliverables that impact customer launches. Collaboration with internal teams, including product data, engineering, and customer support, is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with the software engineering team to submit catalog data for upload, investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, and support technical integration projects that enhance the customer experience. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key to maintaining clear documentation and meeting timelines. The position is a full‑time, work‑from‑home role based in the Philippines, following a Monday to Friday schedule in EST hours. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of client‑facing experience managing product or catalog data, and proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM tools such as HubSpot. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus, as is strong written and verbal communication.
