Team Lead – Fuselage, Doors & Windows

Job Summary

Lead the structural design and development of fuselage, door, and window work packages for the CS‑23 all‑electric aircraft. Oversee a small team of aerospace structural engineers, managing priorities, task allocation, and progress tracking to deliver lightweight, manufacturable, and certifiable solutions. Coordinate cross‑functional activities, mitigate technical and production risks, and represent the Structures function in internal and external discussions. Drive design maturity from concept through prototype, testing, and production release while ensuring high‑quality outputs and compliance with certification standards.
