HelloFresh is looking for a Team Lead, SEO & GEO to spearhead its global Organic Discovery initiatives. The role involves managing a group of SEO/GEO specialists, setting strategic priorities, and translating global objectives into actionable roadmaps across multiple brands. The incumbent will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and local Marketing teams to identify high‑impact opportunities, build scalable solutions, and influence product roadmaps. Key responsibilities include leading cross‑functional projects on technical SEO, content strategy, structured data, and AI‑driven discovery. The position requires a blend of analytical rigor, leadership acumen, and hands‑on SEO expertise. The successful candidate will monitor performance, report insights to senior stakeholders, and ensure all initiatives align with the broader growth strategy. This is a full‑time, senior‑level role that demands a deep understanding of search engine dynamics, AI discovery platforms, and the ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team.
