Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Coforma is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to work remotely across the United States. The role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring experience in software development, cloud architecture, information security, networking, and Linux systems. The engineer will act as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating with growth, engineering, and capture management teams to review and build scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities include technical reviews of RFPs, designing and building systems, and supporting business development efforts. The first 30 days focus on onboarding, learning internal tools, and familiarizing with the organization’s pipeline. By 60 days, the engineer will help the Capture Management team respond to RFPs and develop technical presentations. After 90 days, the role involves designing solutions for RTEPs and RFPs, participating in tech challenges, and identifying process improvements across teams.
