UX/UI Design Student (Remote)

Job Summary

BlickSolutions, a Shopify agency based in Berlin, is looking for a motivated student to join their remote team as a UX/UI Design student. The role involves creating user interfaces for Shopify stores and mobile apps, producing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, and implementing design systems and guidelines consistently. Candidates will collaborate closely with developers and project managers, explaining design decisions clearly and independently generating solutions based on project requirements and user feedback. The position emphasizes an AI-first mindset, encouraging the use of AI tools for ideation, variant generation, research, and rapid prototyping. Students enrolled in design, media informatics, or related fields with proven UX/UI experience—such as internships, freelance work, or real projects—are encouraged to apply. A strong portfolio and fluency in Figma are essential, along with clear communication skills suitable for a remote team. The role offers 15‑20 hours per week, flexible scheduling to fit academic commitments, and the chance to work on real client projects while receiving mentorship and a supportive team culture.
