Flight Centre Travel Group, a leading global travel management company, is hiring a VIP Emergency Corporate Travel Consultant. The role focuses on delivering white‑glove, 24/7 support to C‑suite executives and high‑profile clients during after‑hours, overnight, weekend and holiday periods. Candidates will manage urgent and complex domestic and international travel requests—including flights, hotels, cars and ground transport—using Sabre GDS, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and client satisfaction. The position requires flexible shift work and a four‑week paid training program to strengthen industry knowledge, contract airfares and Sabre skills. The consultant will act as the first point of contact for VIP clients, providing consultative support, itinerary creation, rerouting, visa and health requirement guidance, and ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans. Strong problem‑solving, customer service and communication skills are essential, as the role demands quick decision‑making in high‑pressure situations and continuous collaboration with team members, travel managers and team leaders.
