Warehouse Trainer

Job Summary

Knuspr is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to guide new hires and existing staff through daily operations, ensuring they become confident, high‑performing team members. The role blends onboarding, coaching, and culture building, working closely with managers to shape team dynamics on the warehouse floor. The trainer will coordinate onboarding, deliver cross‑department training, develop and refine training materials, and provide ongoing feedback and improvement plans. They will also monitor compliance with warehouse rules, introduce new processes, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should bring at least one year of training experience, strong communication skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset. They must be comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, able to use digital tools, and willing to act as a role model for the company’s culture.
