Working Student – Procurement, Land Domain

Job Summary

Quantum Systems is looking for a proactive Working Student to support its Procurement team during the critical transition from R&D to series production. The role involves collecting and maintaining procurement data, preparing documentation for supplier negotiations, and creating purchase orders that meet all required specifications. The student will track open purchase orders, monitor delivery dates, and ensure timely follow‑ups with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager, as well as teams from R&D, Logistics and Production, gaining practical insight into how development projects evolve into full‑scale procurement operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, an ability to work independently, and a structured approach to task management. The role is part‑time, requiring 20 hours per week over a 12‑month period, ideal for students currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management or related fields. Fluency in German and English, familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, and experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 are strongly preferred.
